We begin each project with the conventional building drawing and layout plans followed by BOQ preparation and documentation control after which the man-hours matrix is calculated. All our projects are monitored at multiple levels and we integrate all facets of contract management. We are open, honest and transparent when it comes to financial management and we provide our clients with regular reports for monitoring. Our dedicated team of EH&S officers ensures a healthy and safe working environment to reduce the risk of accidents. They also maintain stock PPE and inspect tools and tackle at regular intervals.

With new technology comes new options and solutions for conservation, restoration and intelligent use of resources. We have more than 5000 highly skilled workers, and some of the equipment that we have invested in to ensure that the customers receive the best experience ranges from tower cranes, water tankers, concrete pumps, to RMC batching plants.
